Educator 

Bianca L. McGraw is a higher education advocate, community development and engagement facilitator, diversity presenter and an international practicing multimedia installation/performance artist.  Bianca is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Adult and Higher Education at Northern Illinois University.  Completing her MFA encouraged her to continue her education and research on the importance of student development, community engagement, art education and diversity.  This passion has enabled Bianca to create workshops and presentations that focus on diversity, professional development and personal engagement.
